Teams shall pay $375 to enter the tournament, but could be eligible for a multi-team discount if entering more than one team within the same organization. A discount of $15 per team ($360) will be given to 2 or more teams entering from the same organization. A discount of $25 ($350) shall be given to all teams entered in the West Houston Baseball Open League or a sanctioned team at Four Seasons Park. Payment can be mailed by check or money order to Katy Pony Baseball and mail to PO Box 502, Katy, TX 77492. Payment may also be made in person at 4702 Katy Hockley Cut-Off Road, Katy 77493 (physical address). If using a delivery service (UPS, FedEx, etc.) for payments, the physical address must be used, as delivery services will not deliver to the PO BOX. Deadline for payments is Thursday at 6:00 PM. Late arrangements can be made by emailing the Tournament Director or calling 832-438-3871 or the facility at 281-371-0887.
Rain out refund policies
If no games are played, teams may be charged a $50 administrative fee. If 1 game is played, teams will receive a refund of 50% of the entry fee or may elect a 50% discount applied to a future tournament. If 2 games are played, teams will receive a 25% refund of the entry fee or may elect a 25% discount applied to a future tournament. If more than 2 games are played, teams will not receive a refund. No refunds on forfeits.
No Play Requests
Please provide up to 2 no play requests, if needed, on your internet registration form. If more than 2 are provided, only the first 2 shall be considered.
Representative information on registration
Each participating team shall list at least the email address and current phone number of the manager on the field and another contact (team Mom or assistant coach), while completing the internet registration form.
For 2019 tournaments, players must be the age of the tournament division on or before April 30.
